Although we have designed our website to tell the whole RATA story, we believe there is no substitute for more personal interactions on some occasions. Although I started this business with a software application, my vision of a successful business was much broader than the technical solution that launched RATA Associates, LLC. Prior business experience had taught me that the foundation of any successful business comprises three pillars: (1) a superior product, (2) superior customer service, and (3) superior people. Built on these foundational elements, and with the help of a strong set of business values and ethics, RATA Associates, LLC has become the name to trust when it comes to HMDA and CRA products and services.

As I look back on RATA's history, I am very proud of the organization that has evolved, the quality of the products and services we have delivered, and the countless personal and business relationships that we have established. While prudent management practices dictate that successful businesses learn from the past, they also require organizations to focus on the future. We have invested heavily in our people, our systems and our software development efforts, and are fully confident in our ability to apply our skills, experience and technology.
