Overview
QuickPoint LoginWelcome to QuickPoint, RATA's innovative on-line geocoder. We have created QuickPoint to help meet your immediate geocoding needs for a limited number of addresses. QuickPoint utilizes a high quality geocoding engine that is specifically set to the maximum precision settings and will only return values that are believed to be Absolute Matches. Using our simple data entry screens, you can quickly obtain MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area), FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard), State, County, Census Tract codes and, Lat/Long coordinates for up to 10 addresses per on-line session.
QuickPoint was not designed to process large volumes of data, but if you need a few Geocodes fast, then QuickPoint is the tool you need. Whether you have an urgent need to geocode a single address, are augmenting the work your desktop geocoder could not complete or are validating the geocoding results obtained from other sources, QuickPoint can help.
As most geocoding professionals know, no single address-matching engine or reference file can return 100% complete and accurate results all of the time. QuickPoint's matching engine alone is no exception, but QuickPoint combined with RATA's Express Interactive RAM processing will deliver the best geocoding results possible for all records submitted. If QuickPoint is unable to return precise geocoding results for any addresses, QuickPoint gives you the option of immediately transmitting those non-matched addresses to RATA, where our staff of geocoding professionals will interactively resolve them and return the results to you via e-mail typically within three hours if received between 8:00AM and 2:00PM Eastern Time.
The automated portion of QuickPoint is available to registered users for a charge of $0.40 per match. Records tagged for Express RAM service are billed at $2.50 per record. For additional information regarding pricing and billing, please review the QuickPoint Terms and Conditions.
To register for QuickPoint, simply click the Register link from the sub-menu on the right. If you are already a registered user, simply click the Login link from the sub-menu on the right to begin your QuickPoint session.
