Revised Form 477 reporting requirements are in effect for March 1, 2009 semi-annual filing.
The FCC's form 477 collects data on Local telephone and broadband internet access lines from providers on a semi-annual basis.
Form 477 reporting obligations now apply to interconnected Voice over Internet Protocal (VoIP) providers. Broadband subscriber information must now be reported by CENSUS TRACT
The office of Management & Budgets (OMB) approved the revised Form 477 on Friday, January 30, 2009 and the FCC will activate a new online filing system in time for march 2, 2009 filing.
