Late last week the FFIEC announced the release of the 2007 HMDA Peer data. We have worked very hard over the last few days, and this week RATA is proud to announce that we have formatted and tested the data and it is now available on our Comply Peer2Peer web-based software tool!
The Comply Peer2Peer web product gives any compliance professional instant access to nationwide peer data without having to install any software or a large database to your internal servers. The 2007 data contains over 26 million applications (down from 30 million last year) from 8,610 institutions (down from 8,886 institutions last year). The Comply Peer2Peer 3Pak License Fee is $1,495 to access either HMDA or CRA, or $1,995 to access both sets of data. With the 3Pak License Fee, you can have up to 3 users from your institution sign up for one low fee. Additional User Licenses are available for $495 per user after the initial fee.
