We have been monitoring the FFIEC website very closely over the last few weeks and finally today... Bingo! They just released the official 2008 Public HMDA data. Now that we have received the data, the ball is in our court and we are hoping to have the data converted, uploaded to our peer system and tested by Monday October 5th. The 2008 CRA is already available at www.crapeer.com for those of you that are licensed.
For those of you who are not Registered and Licensed for either Peer Data, now is the time to sign up. The HMDA and CRA Peer-2-Peer tool is a web-based product that allows institutions to see how they compare to other institutions. You can compare against single institutions, peer groups or the entire industry.
