Wishes Come True! - Comply Auto-pilot
Have you ever wished that Comply could run itself? Well, on May 11, 2009 your wishes will come true!
On May 11, 2009 RATA Associates will be releasing the Comply Auto-pilot. The Auto-pilot will be a paid option that any users can purchase to run Comply in an automated mode. With Comply Auto-pilot, you can set up scripts to run any Comply functionality automatically at any scheduled times.

Comply 7.11 Update Available
A Comply Update is now available on our support site for those clients that wish to download and apply it. The Comply 7.11 update is not a critical update, but it does have quite a few fixes and enhancements to help you with the 2008 submission and the 2009 data processing.
The most significant change for the 2008 reporting cycle is the naming convention of the actual submission files. The government was expecting everyone to manually use their encryption program to encrypt the files so

GeoPlus Year End Redo Files are Ready!
As part of our ongoing commitment to Compliance-grade geocoding, RATA re-geocodes every address just before submission to try and improve the any geocodes that might be more accurate with the latest geocoder data update. With this update file, we will only send you back geocodes that have been improved, so the files should be fairly small (typically less then 2% of your entire volume).

*** IMPORTANT Submission Update ***
We have just learned that the names of the Encrypted Submission File(s) for both HMDA and CRA have changed. We are updating the Comply Software to name the Encrypted files correctly, but if you can't upgrade to 7.11 before submission you can simply rename the file yourself after it is created. The file that gets created is fine, just the name has changed to make it more descriptive of who the file is from. This is something that should have been done years ago, but they just figured it out.
