 RATA’s 3 for 2 Special Offer
When you register 2 people, for the RATA User Conference you will get the 3rd registration FREE. The Early Bird rate of $495.00 per person if you register by July 31, 2007 still applies with this offer. After July 31, 2007, the cost is $595.00 per person, with the 3rd registration FREE.
The Early bird enrollment fee for the two-day conference including breakfasts, lunches and social events, is $495.00 per person. The Early bird deadline is July 31, 2007. After July 31st, the enrollment fee is $595.00. You may cancel and receive a full refund up to August 31, 2007. After August 31st, personnel substitutions may be made, but no refunds or credits may be given.
NOTE: The enrollment fee does not include airfare, hotel, or evening meals (with the exception of dinner Thursday evening).

To qualify for the discounted Early Bird registration fee, RATA must receive your completed Registration by July 31st. This year’s User Conference registration ends November 2, 2007.

 This year's venue is The Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration in Kissimmee, Florida, where all meetings, meals and social functions will be held. The Radisson has 718 rooms situated on 20+ acres of lush tropically landscaped grounds, and is situated close to the airport and all the theme parks. For room reservations, please call the Radisson reservation desk directly at 800-333-3333, and make sure you tell them you are with the “RATA conference-Code: 1107RATAAS”. A special Conference room rate of $99.00 per night (before taxes) is available for 1-4 persons until October 7th only. You may extend your hotel stay at the same $99 room rate for 3 days before or after the Conference, as long as your stay includes the evenings of November 7th & 8th.

So, bring your family or travel partner and combine a little fun with this year’s conference.  Transportation is readily accessible from Orlando International Airport. Mears Transportation offers an airport shuttle to the Radisson. Shuttle information and fees will be sent with your Confirmation package. Rental cars are also available from a variety of rental car agencies located at the airport.

 Casual attire (e.g., jeans, khakis) is encouraged for the conference sessions and other daytime events. November in Florida is warm and beautiful, but we recommend dressing in layers in case any air- conditioned meeting rooms become uncomfortable.
